Turkey Stuffing Roll ups

I took the idea from "Mommy's Kitchen"

Turkey & Stuffing Roll Ups

Ingredients:
1 lb  Deli cut turkey
1 - (6oz) package stove top stuffing (turkey) or homemade
2 - packets turkey gravy, prepared
1 - 10 oz can cream of chicken and mushroom soup

Directions:
Prepare stuffing according to package directions and set aside.

In a small pan prepare gravy according to packet directions; add the soup and mix until blended and heated through.

Spoon stuffing onto two slices turkey (I used two slices per since it was thin cut turkey). Roll up and place seam side down in a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Continue rolling the remaining turkey slices.

Pour gravy mixture over turkey rolls and cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
Recipe yields 8 turkey rolls.

So delicious! It was like thanksgiving dinner but without the hassle or the mess, or all the work. This would be a super easy meal to put together on a busy work night. A definite keeper.

I think it should be served with mashed potatoes and a huge side of green yumminess.

  1. We all couldn't quit raving about this dinner! It tasted like Thanksgiving, and every bite was a flavor celebration for your mouth! So, so yummy! I can't wait to have it again. Next Friday, same thing? You'd get no argument from me, that's for sure!:)
