(tentative as I am only a portion of the way through the day)
I eat when I am hungry just until sated. No more no less. Overall I have been feeling pretty amazing throughout the day! So much more energy, I feel light, energetic and just plain happy. Makes choosing healthy raw options SO MUCH easier than not. In fact the only reason I will be eating pizza today is because I won a feed for my crew at work, and was promised a vegetarian pizza *grin*
Do you log what you eat? If you are trying to loose weight it's a great thing to do, it shows you how much, how often and what types of foods you are eating.
You could always have a baby/family blog and then a separate cooking blog! People would read both! or you can combine them! nothing wrong with that!
ReplyDeleteI think combining both in your BLOG is a great idea! You could include some good recipes for babies too, especially with you new toy!:)

ReplyDeleteI should qualify that by "new toy" I was referring to your Vita-Mixer, NOT the baby!:)
ReplyDeleteHaham nice mom! Okay I think I will work on that.
