a new plan

Or not, I am not sure. I love that this blog is all about cooking and recipes, but with the new addition to our family coming soon (okay 4 months might not be soon to some but it is for me) I feel like I will/should expand the blog. Either that or start a new one..
Any thoughts?

Any how, this week was simple, so simple I actually FORGOT to photograph my food. Those of you that know my are going to say "WHAT?!" I know, I forgot.
Monday we DID have spaghetti, Tuesday tacos/taco salad, Wednesday Grilled cheese with tomato bisque...
Not sure about tonight. I'm not there yet, and decided I will make a decision when I get there.

As for the "other new" plan I had going I will post my eating for the last couple days. Today, as you will see is splurge day, and as I already posted Monday, I wont torture you through it again.

Kiwi - vegan
Odwalla Fruit Smoothie
Pizza - vegetarian
Head on home for dinner!
(tentative as I am only a portion of the way through the day)

I eat when I am hungry just until sated. No more no less. Overall I have been feeling pretty amazing throughout the day! So much more energy, I feel light, energetic and just plain happy. Makes choosing healthy raw options SO MUCH easier than not. In fact the only reason I will be eating pizza today is because I won a feed for my crew at work, and was promised a vegetarian pizza *grin*

Do you log what you eat? If you are trying to loose weight it's a great thing to do, it shows you how much, how often and what types of foods you are eating.

  1. You could always have a baby/family blog and then a separate cooking blog! People would read both! or you can combine them! nothing wrong with that!

  2. I think combining both in your BLOG is a great idea! You could include some good recipes for babies too, especially with you new toy!:)

  4. I should qualify that by "new toy" I was referring to your Vita-Mixer, NOT the baby!:)

  5. Haham nice mom! Okay I think I will work on that.
