Menu

I know this one is coming earlier than expected. I mean I still have 1-2 days left in last weeks menu. But the little man and I had Dr appointments in Bham yesterday. So we stopped for groceries, since that was our Bham run for the week.

I still have Pasta Night from the Pantry from last week, but since it's a "pantry" meal I will move that to the end of this coming week.

This week will feature:
Pot Roast Carbonade
Lentil Mashed Potato Bake and Green Beans
Beef Gyro Burgers
Lemon Glazed Chicken and Salad
Veggie Burritos
Mexican Casserole and Green Beans
Leftovers from throughout the week.

Freezer Meals include
Baked French Toast
Mexican Rice Casserole (oo lookie! I managed to pick a recipe I was making for dinner to double!)

  1. My goodness! Maybe after you have recuperated from giving birth, you should start up a business cooking meals that people can buy and freeze! You love to cook, and are so good at it, and the meals pictures here looks so delicious! Pei=ople could even give your freezer meals as gifts to loved ones they know in need of them.
