1 Cup Sharp White cheddar shredded
1/4 cup sour cream
1 Tsp Dijon
1 tsp garlic
salt and pepper
4Slices Good Quality Ham = 2.13
4-6 farm fresh eggs = free, from the hubs sister
Yum. Fancy, garlicy Goodness. Hard to price this one out as I used up remaining ingredients. I'll post priced for what I do have
Toast bread to just toasted not golden.
Mix sour cream, dijon, garlic. spread onto toast, Top with ham, and any extra sauce, then cheese and broil until melted. Top with fried egg and eat. YUM
