Coffee Cherry Ice Pie
1 pie crust, I used this recipe to make the crust, however you could easily buy a cookie crumb one.
1/2 pint coffee ice cream
1 pint vanilla ice cream
1 cup pitted sliced sweet cherries
Make or buy your pie crust.
Allow the coffee ice cream to warm just slightly and stir until smooth, layer into your crust, drizzle with chocolate sauce and then cover and freeze at least 30 minutes.
Mix vanilla and cherries in a bowl until combined, top over pre frozen coffee layer and freeze about 4 hours.
Top with chocolate sauce or chocolate covered cherries, and eat!
