A few days back we had a pantry meal. One of those that you make with whatever is in your pantry that you want to use.
Pasta
1 jar red sauce
1 can diced toms
olives
pepperoni
cheese
pepperocini
mushrooms
Vegetarian sausages.
Cook pasta, drain. In a large casserole combine everything. Top with cheese and bake at 350* about 20-30 minutes. Enjoy.
Not one of my healthiest but hey, it was an easy crowd pleaser and I used what I already had on hand.
