6 cups spinach, washed, and dried
1 whole onion, sliced into half moons
1 bell pepper sliced into strips
2 TBS Balsamic Vinegar
1 TBS honey
Use a bit of olive oil to soften up the onions and bell pepper, mix with spinach in a bowl to slightly wilt spinach.
IN the skillet heat the honey and vinegar until thoroughly combined. Then pour over spinach. YUM!
