Tuna Salad

Traditional. I know right?
Here is my twist, sandwich free

1 can drained tuna
a bit of mayo (or any other kind of dressing)
1 celery stalk diced
1 -2 carrots diced
1/4-1/2 onion, diced
several hot pickles, diced (we make our own remember?)
some rough chopped walnuts
salt and pepper to taste

Mix the above. then serve over salad greens of your choice! YUM YUM YUM.

One of the best parts is you could make a bit of this a few days in advance and have lunch, the flavors would just get better. Insta lunch
