Fish and Chips

My husband makes a wicked fried Cod ball. I wont divulge his secret but did tell him I would post pictures of his   beauties. He dips them into the nastiest sounding (but oober good sauce).
To make this dinner even less healthy I cut up some yukons and a basic baking spud and fried them up too.
