Quickie Greens basic verison
I used a mixture of three greens. Spinach, tat soi and chard.
Oil
1/2 onion
1 clove garlic
Greens (1 lb)
Heat oil and cook onion, garlic and pepper until onion is translucent.
Add greens and wilt, depending on the greens you may want to add a little stock.
