Peach Salsa

I didn't follow the recipe to a T so I WILL share this one with you.

This salsa was more sweet than spice, and bursting with flavor, which I think wad party due to using local heirloom tomatoes, have you tried them? Don't let the price scare you they are the single best toms you'll ever eat I swear! I used the recipe in "The Whole Life Nutrition as a guide and mixed proportions to sight and taste.

Heirloom Tomatoes, local, diced
1 Firm-ish Peach, local , diced
red onion, diced
1 jalapeno seeded and diced
Fresh Cilantro chopped
Fresh Lime Juice
Sea Salt
Fresh ground Black Pepper

It was delicious on our Tacos, and with tortilla or sweet potato chips!
