Lemony Garlic Green Beans
Fresh beans from my in-laws garden, two omni's who have very different opinions on veggies. Well the "Whole Life Nutrition" happened to have a recipe for which I had everything on hand, so we tried it.
Ingredients Included:
Garden Fresh Green Beans, Olive Oil, Garlic, Lemon Zest and Juice, Dijon Mustard, Sea Salt, Black Pepper and Almonds
The Review:
*I ADORED these, couldn't stop eating them!
*My Omni (whole likes veggies, but on the tad overdone side and with tons of flavor) liked them enough to put them in his taco AND on the side (mind you as I am making them he says "I don't like them that much, I think you might be making too many")
*The other omni (who isn't the biggest vegetable eater, although he's doing MUCH better) ate two helpings, and then some.
**My mother and Step father will be trying these tonight, I'll add their review!

I'm going to try these- they look yummy and maybe my kids won't notice that green beans are GREEN and eat them, for once. :)
