A new week
Here is some things that are on it.
Home made minestrone with home made rolls - vegetarian
Lemon Temph with steamed broccoli and Quinoa -Vegan/ Gluten free
Temph Mushroom Stroganoff- with egg noodles - Vegetarian (could be vegan and GF without egg noodles)
Sunny Sunflower Seed Burgers and Oven fries - GF/ Vegan
And of coarse salads, dairy free yogurt with the fresh granola I made, and green smoothies!
