Lemon Dijon Chicken with Steamed veggies


Ingredients:
Chicken Breast
2 TB Oil
1 TB Dijon Mustard
1 TBS fresh lemon Juice
1 1/2 Tsp lemon pepper seasoning
1 Tsp dried oregano or basil - crushed
1/8 Tsp rd pepper - crushed

Seasonal veggies
*shredded cheese optional

Method:
Broil chicken 4-5 inches from heat about 20 minutes (bone side up if using bone in) or until light brown
Meanwhile in a bowl mix together all remaining ingredients.
Brush mustard mixture onto chicken. Turn chicken and brush remaining sauce onto other side of the chicken.
Broil an additional 5-15 minutes more or until chicken is done

Serve with steamed veggies and garlic bread if desired!




** as you can see I killed my sauce a little (grin) it was still wonderful! My hubby will eat veggies ALL day if I top them with some cheese
