Menu time, again

SO, I was brainstorming today while eating my AMAZING leftovers (Spaghetti with Lemon Cream Sauce, really, try it).  I am trying to work on some sort of system here (as far as using all my wonderful cook books), so these have also come from The Vegetarian Times, I imagine I will adapt them however, I can't seem to not *grin*

In no particular order

Grilled Veggie Wraps - Vegan
Broccoli Cheddar Salad - Vegetarian
Creamy Asparagus Soup - Vegetarian (easily vegan I just need to use up the cream I  purchased last week)
Mushroom Tacos - Vegan
Pasta with a Roasted Red Pepper Sauce - Vegan
Roasted Vegetable Pasta - Vegan

Youngstocks is officially open, and CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP! So excited to have them close by, and they offer up local produce when it is available and or in season making them double rock!

1 small container non dairy yogurt

White beans, dry
