Tater Tot Casserole take 2

Who doesn't like tater tots? I made this again with less soup, more taters and of course I added in some ground mince since I still had some Quorn to use up.
1 can Amy's Organic Kitchen cream of mushroom soup (or equivalent)
1 2 lb bag frozen tater tots thawed in the fridge
2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 can drained green beans
1/2 lb or so ground mince

Preheat oven to 350*F

In a medium skillet brown up your mince seasoned with salt and pepper.

Stir together soup and sour cream.
In a glass baking dish mix tater tots, sauce, green beans, cheese and mince. Sprinkle a bit of cheese on top and bake covered about 30 minutes and uncovered about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture is bubbly.


The Omni loved it. Said it was the best one I have made yet and he loved the mince.I too thought it was tasty, not pretty and certainly not "diet" or "lite" fair bit super delicious none the less.
