So I decided that it was high time I try some green smoothie recipes out of my "VitaMix Cookbook"
Here is example one (made RAW but of course a milk or milk sub could have been used)
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup cucumber, peeled and diced
1 cup fresh spinach
1 cup frozen strawberries
I added one banana for texture.
Blend away! Y-U-M! Easy, short ingredient list and very refreshing taste!
