Another recipe from the vitamix cook book, Not sure this would work as well in a weak blender, but boy it was refreshing, I didn't follow the recipe to a T but close.
Ingredients: (and order they went into the blender)
1 cup coconut milk
1/8 scoop vegan protein powder
1 kiwi skinned
1/4 cup cucumber peeled and diced
1 small apple
1 small banana
1 cup chopped broccoli
1/2 cup spinach
1 1/4 inch slice fresh lemon, peeled
1 cup ice
Blend until desired consistency is reached.
Didn't taste broccoli like at all like I was worried it would! All in all very good (the coconut milk could have helped with that though).
