Greek Salad

Never made it before, but I have enjoyed it. Yes you olive fans out there, it is missing them (I. Don't. Do. Olives.)


Also it could easily be made vegan with an olive oil base dressing with say some vinegar perhaps balsamic, and some dry/ fresh herbs mixed in.


We had vegetarian style however and boy was it tasty! it included cucumbers, bell peppers, purple onion (soaked in ice water 10 minutes to ease the bite) and cherry tomatoes. Topped with feta and a Greek Vinaigrette.

  1. YUM. I love greek salad. Haven't made it in ages. I didn't know that soaking a red onion in ice water will take away some of its bite. Good to know!!
