Already you say? Yes I am actually attempting to be on top of it as the weekend sounds, well busy.
Tonight we are probably eating on the run as Rodney wants to head down south right after work.
Tomorrow we are doing dinner date with some good friends after a trip to Seattle.
Saturday and Sunday we are more than likely having dinner with another two couples (hmm noticing a trend this weekend *grin*)
Monday: Pork Stroganoff, a blend of the mushroom stroganoff meets apple thyme pork, in hopefully a tasty blend of yummy. - slow cooker
Tuesday: out, we have to be in town pretty much right after work.
Wednesday: Enchiladas
Thursday: French Dip
We'll see how the rest of the weekend turns out as the week progresses. Have a lovely weekend and see you next week!
The enchiladas and stroganoff sound yummy! Of course, the "eating out" part is always especially a hit with me:) Gotta love the no prep, no clean-up,and a relaxing meal as often as is possible right?! I'm wondering how/if this BLOG might change a few months down the road.... Thinking you might be providing cooking and preparation tips for a whole different type of menu:)
