Mayonnaise

1 Whole egg, at room temp
1 egg yolk, at room temp
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 1/2 TBS fresh lemon juice
1 TBS Whey (optional)
3/4-1 cup extra virgin olive oil or expeller expressed sunflower oil
(the two oils listed are recommended. I however, did use some canola oil, because A I still have some to use, and B, I want my picky husband to actually eat it, the goal is to use only the oils listed above)
generous pinch of sea salt

I ate this, but I feel it was runnier than it should have been, I plan to keep working on it
