Quorn replaces the chicken in this recipe. Most Caesars aren't vegetarian as they contain Anchovy, but Brianna's doesn't at boy do we love it!
Hoagies,
Quorn, 1-2 pieces of the naked cutlets
Caesar salad dressing
lettuce
tomato
onion
Parmesan (if desired)
Toast bread lightly under the broiler (if using cheese, top bread with a bit of cheese). Cook quorn as desired, I cooked ours in a grill pan on the stove.
Place onto the hoagie, covered with dressing and added fixings to taste and ENJOY!
