Cabbage, stir fried with Cumin

Oil
2 Cloves smushed garlic
1 medium green cabbage head cored and sliced VERY thin
1 medium leek white and green parts only, cut into half moons
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Salt to taste

heat oil in a skillet, adding garlic to season oil (alliteratively you could use garlic oil). Add cabbage and leek stirring often. Cook 5 minutes for crunch or a bit longer for a softer result. Just before turning off the heat stir in seeds.

Surprisingly delicious!
