1 pork tenderloin (I used mushroom and bacon rubbed), diced
2 cans beef broth (3/4 cup set aside)
4 red potatoes washed and cubed
2 cups frozen green beans
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 whole onion, chopped
1 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp salt
black pepper to taste
1/3 cup flour or thickening agent
place all ingredients in the crock pot except the 3/4 cup broth and thickening agent
Turn on high for 4-5 hours or low for 8-10 hours (with the last half hour on high)
The last half hour stir in remaining beef broth mixed with thickener.
