Oven Fries

Oven Fries, MMM MM MMM

And you wont feel nearly as guilty as you would it you ate, well, fried fries.

Easy, actually pretty fast, and the best I have had in quite some time (aka cooked enough) I used two different potatoes; one red and one yellow, next time I will use only yellow, the flavor on them was simply Divine and they cooked more to the texture I desire.

Potatoes washed and cut into wedges, Coated with a bit of olive oil, and sprinkled with sea salt, fresh ground black pepper and paprika. Baked at 425 about 30 minutes in a glass baking dish in a single layer.

Again can I say YUM
