So I have been trying to get back into the healthy swing of things.. SO here was my latest smoothie

1 cup water (or apple juice, milk alternative, milk.. etc.)
1 ripe banana
1 large TBS flax seed, ground
1 cup-1.5 cups frozen mixed berries
1 large handful spinach

Hit blend and viola! My beloved Omni thought it tasted like Raspberry pie filling *grin*
