Fresh Cucumber Sami

So my wonderful step mom brought me some fresg Cukes, from her garden. So I decided to make a sami!
Ingredients:
Fresh cucumber slices
Tomato Slices
Cream cheese or vegan alternative
Crushed red pepper
Lettuce
Bread

Method.
Spread cream cheese onto, as always, toasted bread, sprinkle with red pepper flake. Top with remaining ingredients and enjoy! It was pure heaven.

You could easily eat the spread without bread folded up in lettuce for a carb light meal!
