Grilled Veggie Wraps

Only not made on the actual grill, this time around, made in a grill pan

Ingredients:
12 Thin asparagus spears, trimmed
1 Small Bell pepper, sliced
1 Small Zucchini sliced
Handful of sliced crimini mushrooms
1 TBS Olive oil
1/2 Cup White beans
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1 Tsp of Red Chili Sauce
Tortillas
This slices of Onion, to your preference
Lettuce

Method:
Preheat grill or broiler. Toss veggies (minus the lettuce) with oil, season with salt and pepper if desired. Broil or grill 6 minutes or so, turning once.

Mash beans, garlic and chili sauce in a small bowl, blender or food processor until mixed.



Spread the bean mixture on your tortilla. Top with lettuce and veggies, close the wraps and enjoy!




This was super fast, and SUPER delicious. Light but so filling and tasted very very fresh. I couldn't get over how very satisfying this was.
