Something about the color seems to turn people off, however everyone who has tasted it LOVES it.

Ingredients:
Silk Vanilla Soy milk (about a cup?)
1 medium banana, peeled
about 2 cups sliced frozen peaches
about 1/4 cup frozen spinach
A small dash of vegan protein powder (vanilla)
Measurements are super approximate due to my lack of measuring *grin*
Now if you wonder WHY the spinach, first lets talk about greens, super super good for you. Next lets talk about the Iron content in Spinach. Peaches full of Vitamin C (which aids in the absorption of Iron) so it really makes sense! Not to mention all you taste in vanilla peachy goodness!
