Sunday afternoons are "grill" night for us this summer. This keeps both the Omni and myself happy and enjoying fresh foods from the grill.
For those of you who know us, you know that my beloved other half makes a WICKED burger. While I wont divulge his secret recipe I will share a drool worthy picture of one of his tantalizing delicacies along with local corn, and home made baked potato fries.
For those of us who prefer a meatless lifestyle, might i suggest a grilled portobello mushroom or one of the many delicious veggie burgers out there. Quite frankly we love our grilled portobellos. Stay tuned for pictured of these in the near future.
