Jalapeno Popper Burgers

Okay, who DOESN'T love yummy hot jalapeno poppers? This burger is like one big yummy one packed onto a burger.  Make it, eat it, love it.
I served these one this bread recipe

3 Large jalapenos. cut into 1/8" slices
1 TBS oil
1 fresno chili, cut in 1/8" slices
8 oz cream cheese
2 TBS grated onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 ground cumin
handful cilantro leaves chopped
salt and pepper to taste
2 lb ground beef
Sharp cheddar slices
Home made rolls

Heat oil in a pan and cook peppers to just "char" the edges. Remove and mix with cream cheese, shredded onions, garlic, cumin and cilantro.

Mix meat with salt and pepper and form into 4-6 burgers, again, thinner in the middle since they will plump up.

Cook the burgers on a grill pan, medium heat. When about done, to your liking, add a good spoonful of the cream cheese/ pepper mixture and then top with cheddar. Heat till melty. Place onto a bun.

YUM YUM YUM. The ONLY change I would make would be to add a dash of Worcestershire sauce to the meat to give it a bit more flavor, however if you smother the buns/meat with the cream cheese mixture, you'll be in heaven.
