Roasting a pumpkin to make puree

Easily done actually.

Was pumpkin flesh.

Preheat oven to 350*

Cut pumpkin in half and scoop out yucko in the middle.

Reserve the seeds to make yummy power snacks with one of natures natural superfoods!

Place cut side down in a casserole dish and bake about 45 minutes.

Scoop out and puree in a blender or processor until smooth. Use in all sorts of recipes
