Autumn Harvest Salad

Modified from "Rachel Ray's Get Real Meals". Yummy

2 TBS golden raisins
2 TBS red wine vinegar
juice of half a lemon
1 shallot diced

Mix and let stand at least 10 minutes
Prior to dressing the salad add about 1/4 cup of olive oil

3-6 Cups romaine lettuce or other greens
1 small apple diced
1 small pear diced
Pepper to taste

Dress the salad.
Garnish with toasted walnuts.

Very good. Mom loved it! I thought it was pretty good, yum.
