String Bean Aglio e Olio

Fill a large skillet with water, bring to a boil and add a generous pinch of salt. Add 2 lbs fresh string beans and cook for 2-3 minutes. Place into an ice bath, drain water and dry pan.

Heat olive oil in the pan and add 6 garlic cloves minced, and 1 tsp hot crushed red pepper. Also add a dash of worcestershire sauce cook about 2 minutes, then add beans and toss to coat. Salt the beans if you think they need it and enjoy.

Such a surprisingly delicious way to eat them.
