I'm still not sure how to eat these, I mixed them with my greens, but wow yummy flavor!
Olive oil
1/2 medium onion diced
1-2 cloves garlic minced
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
Whole tomatoes, about 4
salt and pepper to taste
Cook onion, garlic and bell pepper in oil about 7 minutes, add tomatoes, crushing as they cook, heat through and then season.
