Greek Stuffed Turkey Burgers

Sauteed Green Mixture:
1 handful torn spinach
1 Tbs Butter
1 large garlic clove, diced
1 TBS red onion diced


Heat butter in a saute pan, add onion and garlic and cook about 3 minutes. Add spinach and cook until wilted, allow to cool a bit.


Filling:
1/4 cup feta cheese
6 black olives, diced
2 pepperocinis, diced
Sauteed Green Mixture

Mix together in a bowl and then stuff into turkey burgers. Making sure to seal the edges.

Burger:
1-2 lbs ground turkey
1 green onion, cut into rounds
1 Tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp buttermilk powder and 2 tsp water (or about 1 TBS buttermilk)
1/4 cup bread crumbs.

Form into a patty, grill until heated through
