Portobella mushrooms- enough for at least one per person

Parmesan and Mozerella
Method
Grill the mushrooms with a bit of Olive oil and salt until beginning to become tender. Then transfer to a baking dish, cover with marinara and cheeses and bake at 400* for 15 minutes or so.
Serve over Warm pasta.

Now THAT looks absolutely delicious! I love portabellas myself,. You just brought chicken parmesan up 100 notches in my book! No meat, mushrooms, cheese, wonderful!
