Beef Fajita Burgers - Grass Fed

I know, the burger recipes continue, but really Rachael Ray has some seriously killer recipes, AND we have almost 200 lbs grass fed beef in the freezer, a substantial amount of which is ground.

This, this is sooo good. So good this preggo lady forgot to take a finished product picture, but hey, it was so yummy I couldn't stop eating it!

2 lbs ground beef (I did make 6 patties out of this although she recommends 4)
2 TBS Worcestershire sauce
2 TBS chili powder
1 1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp thyme (or 2-3 TBS fresh)
a good shake of Tabasco
1 TBS Montreal Grill Seasoning (or any grill seasoning)
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:
Mix all the above ingredients, score into burgers and grill, either on a grill pan or grill. Layer into tortillas and slather on the Seared Peppers and Onions. I tossed some lettuce and tomato and cheese into mine too. I also found cutting my burger in half and making it "burrito style" was helpful but play around with assembly. If you avoid carbs? No prob eat on a bed of lettuce.
